Approval Process
The existing approval procedure initiates with the submission and meticulous review to ensure completeness, paving the way for evaluation by the individual responsible for accessibility, branding, and copyright. Upon the successful completion of these three facets, any media requirements trigger notification to the media personnel, prompting the commencement of the media processing stage. Subsequently, after the media phase concludes, the content proceeds to the conclusive review and is officially marked as published. Upon publication, an email notification is dispatched to the end user, signaling that their content has progressed to the publication stage on the On-Demand Learning Management System.
