Quick Contacts
Quick contacts are contacts that are attributed to certain requests. These are displayed next to the list of employees on the main search page and are not filtered or searchable.
Adding or Editing a Quick Contact
A quick contact consists of two pieces of information: a Title and the Employee. The title is what will be displayed above the contact and should be descriptive as to what that employee would be best utilized to be contacted for.

The employee field selects an entry from the current list of employees and is used for the pertinent information with getting in contact.
