Content Areas
Content Areas are the different subjects or services an employee can provide. Certain assignments are set to impact certain exports.
Searching Content Areas
You can search through content areas by name or partial of name.

Seeing users assigned to a Content Area
You can click the number under the column ‘# of Assignments’ and see a list of users who are assigned to that content area.

Options for Content Areas

Content areas have a few optional attributes to consider.
- Searchable: This content area will be included in the list of searchable content areas on the search page.
- Include in district assignment: Having this selected will add this content area as a field in the districts assignments section of the district staff assignments.
- Include in building assignments: Having this selected will add this content area as a field in the building assignments section of the district staff assignments. Note: The pdf export is optimized for 11 content areas to be listed under building assignments
Out of the normal content areas
Administration for example, when an employee with an administration content area assignment is attributed to certain districts they will show up in the District Staff Assignment as the Regional Administrator for that district.
